PA/Administrative Assistant - Table View, Cape Town - R9000 Per Month

Responsibilities:

Make retention calls to existing clients.

Make calls to potential new clients from provided business lists.

Prepare and send monthly marketing emails to the database.

Utilize LinkedIn to identify appropriate contacts and search for candidates employed by similar companies.

Monitor the hot list of candidates who have been sent for interviews, ensuring communication with clients is maintained.

Create and manage job advertisements.

Handle reference checks for candidates.

Coordinate and send out assessment materials.

Update and maintain client database.

Upload resumes to Teams Drive for storage and accessibility.

Process invoice requisitions.

Save and manage Professional Services Agreement documents.

Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Must speak English

Must live in the Table View / Blouberg Area

Must have their own transport(preferable)

Must be highly computer literate
