They value innovation, teamwork, and employee growth, making it a dynamic place to build a career.Job DescriptionThe Motor Insurance Claims Key Account Consultant will manage and oversee motor insurance claims for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, efficient claims processing, and strong relationship management. This role acts as the main point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert guidance on claims procedures and supporting clients to minimize risk and manage costs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for key corporate clients on motor insurance claims.Manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.Provide expert advice to clients on claims handling, risk mitigation, and policy coverage.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, and finance) to streamline claims handling.Analyze claims data to identify trends, provide insights, and suggest improvements.Support client reporting and provide regular updates on claims status.Handle escalations professionally and efficiently, maintaining high client service standards.QualificationsHigher Certificate in Short term insuranceRE5FAIS AccreditedSkillsCore Skills:Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulationsKey account management and client relationship skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingTime management and ability to prioritize multiple accountsAttention to detail and accuracy in claims handlingNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsTechnical Skills:Proficiency with insurance management systems and claims softwareMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Data analysis and reportingSoft Skills:Professionalism and integrityClient-focused mindsetTeamwork and collaborationAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
