In order to be considered the following is required:Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field3–5 years’ experience in a role involving workforce analysis, process optimization, or time and motion studiesExperience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology (desirable)Experience working in a (specify industry if relevant, e.g. healthcare, professional services, manufacturing)Key Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in data analysis and visualization toolsUnderstanding of time and motion study techniques or similar process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Excellent communication skills – able to present complex data in clear, actionable waysKnowledge of workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational behaviourHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departmentsAwareness of employee wellbeing principles and workload management best practicesDuties & Responsibilities:Assess workload balance across teams and identify signs of overutilization, underutilization or burnout riskCollaborate with department managers to optimize staffing levels, task allocation and process efficiencyRecommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase productivityProvide insights to leadership on how utilization affects performance, morale, and business outcomesPartner with HR and Wellbeing teams to align efficiency improvements with employee experience initiativesMonitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustainable performance gainsStay informed of best practices in workforce analytics, organizational psychology and productivity managementSuccess Measures:Improved employee utilization rates and workload balance across departmentsReduction in inefficiencies and non–value-adding tasksPositive employee feedback regarding workload and engagementDelivery of high-quality analytical reports and actionable recommendationsIf you would like to email your CV directly – please send it to
