Today, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to drive growth and lead our sales efforts. This position reports to the Global Sales SVP and is a key member of Anglepoint's sales leadership team.

As the VP of Sales, EMEA, you will:

Be a key leader in the EMEA region. As such, you will be expected to lead in the following areas:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, pipeline growth, and market share.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, including sales representatives and SDRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  3. Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure team success.
  4. Forecast effectively and accurately.

Business Development:

  1. Drive new logo acquisition by identifying and targeting key prospects across the EMEA region.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Account Management:

  1. Oversee account management efforts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  2. Ensure the sales team provides exceptional service and value to clients, positioning Anglepoint as a trusted advisor.

Team Development:

  1. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to build a world-class sales organization.
  2. Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team performance and professional growth.

Market Analysis:

  1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on regional performance and market opportunities.

Success in this role is measured by:

Increases in revenue bookings and pipeline in the EMEA region, aligned with company targets and regional/global objectives.

Who you are:

  1. Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the ITAM, technology, or professional services industries.
  2. Extensive experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on new business development, account management, and SDR functions.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  4. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  6. Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
