Experienced Hairstylist needed for a 5Star Spa Lodge in Limpopo-Hoedspruit. The successful candidate would be responsible for the rendering of services at the Hair Salon at the Spa
  • Hair Stylist Diploma with Red Seal Trade Test (Minimum 3 yrs. course).
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in a Luxury Salon environment.
  • The Hairstylist needs to have a thorough knowledge of ALL guest services and performs professional Hair Services, including Cutting & Styling of all hair types (Ethnic & Caucasian).
  • The Hairstylist must possesses excellent verbal communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN: Mizani & Kevin Murphy advantageous.
  • MUST be a polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.
  • MUST have excellent Retail and Marketing skills
  • MUST be able to work under pressure and effectively deal with demanding guests
The candidate will be required to:
  • Cut, style, and blow wave
  • Hairstylist duties for ladies and men
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients
  • Do monthly stock takes.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • These are NOT LIVE-IN POSITIONS; all candidates will be responsible for their own Accommodation and Transport in Hoedspruit.
  • 20% Commission on Services & 10% Commission on Retail, after working back Basic Salary.
  • Staff Meals (one meal per shift served at the hotel staff canteen)
  • Pension Fund Contribution (6% company + 6% employee contribution in ratio to your salary)
Optional Medical Aid Contribution (5% company + 5% employee contribution in ratio with your salary)
