Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service schedulesLead, coach, and mentor technicians and service staff to optimise performance and productivityMonitor job quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standardsEnsure effective allocation of work, prioritisation of tasks, and timely completion of repairs and maintenanceMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service deliveryImplement and enforce workshop procedures, compliance, and operational standardsManage spare parts usage and inventory in collaboration with parts departmentOversee service reporting, KPI tracking, and daily operational updatesHandle customer escalations professionally and resolve service-related issues promptlyCollaborate with dealership management to improve workshop efficiency, profitability, and service offeringsRequirements:Proven experience as a Service Foreman or Workshop Supervisor in a multi-brand or dealership environmentStrong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair proceduresExcellent leadership, coaching, and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skillsValid drivers licenseWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to lead a professional service teamGrowth and career progression within a reputable dealer groupSupportive and performance-driven work environment
