Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) LtdRegistration No. 2022/876857/07Job Advert Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate conventional and CNC lathes to manufacture precision components.Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications accurately.Select and set appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.Assist with setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of machines.Operate a 25-ton Overhead Crane and Forklift safely to move materials and components.Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to company health and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet project timelines. Experience & QualificationTrade Tested Turner or equivalent qualification.National Senior Certificate (Matric).Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Proficient in both manual and CNC turning.Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.Valid 25-ton Overhead Crane Licence.Valid Forklift Licence.Must be a local candidate (Benoni or surrounding areas).
