Responsibilities:
Customer service
  • The receptionist is the First Face representative of the dealership, and as such will be professionally dressed and have a friendly demeanour. Greeting customers, answering phone calls professionally, responding to emails, and addressing/directing complaints
Cashier
  • Calculating the amount due, collecting payment, and documenting payment received
Administrative duties
  • Maintaining organized files, creating and managing filing systems, and updating calendars (electronic), and appointment confirmations
Directing visitors
  • Determining the needs of visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Boardroom
  • Manage invitations, RSVPs, boardroom availability, refreshments, conference IT (where applicable), ensuring boardroom is cleaned after functions/meetings
Handling mail
  • Sorting and delivering mail to employees
Providing a welcoming environment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service assistance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in same or similar role as Receptionist with experience in a Commercial Motor Industry environment
  • Excellent understanding of automotive trucking industry
  • Commercial Vehicle experience ESSENTIAL
