  • Preparing banking
  • Petty Cash
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Monthly stock counts
  • Internal Sales
  • New business quotes for sales reps
  • Order processing
  • Loading / delivery reports
  • Internal and walk-in customer services
  • Liaison with production / planning / sales
  • Comprehensive Admin service
  • Warehouse control
  • Reconcile monthly reports, petty cash, cash sales and stock levels
  • Monitor and maintain delivery dates to meet deadlines
  • Implement and maintain customer record files
  • First Aid Bod - Incident report file
  • Ensure that housekeeping is of high standard at all times
  • Comply with all quality, safety and environmental procedures within the organization
