  • +-3yrs Experience in a Financial Administration role.
  • MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience working with VAT.
  • Reconciliations
  • Filing of records
  • Prepare necessary payment documents are prepared and and is accurate.
  • Ensure payment advises are submitted to finance timeously for loading.
  • Supply project financial information to Support Managers to compile Funders and company Reports.
  • Attend to queries from suppliers and clients
  • Set up monthly progress meetings with clients and ensuring that reports are compiled.
  • BOOKKEEPING
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Reconcile suppliers accounts
  • Reconcile Bank statements
  • Ensuring income statements are generated and processed.
  • Administrative fees for services provided to contactors.
  • Ensuring that the funders loan / accounts is paid when the contractor is paid on receipt of payment certificates.
  • Ensuring that the debtors book remains within 30 days, and ensuring escalating problems.
  • Minutes of client meetings
  • Assisting CSM wit Pre-Screen Packs.
  • Sales Administration - Assist with obtaining application documents.
