A leading renewable energy company is on a mission to power South Africa with smart, accessible solar solutions. As the company expands, we're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's creative, hands-on, and strategic to drive marketing efforts across channels.WHAT YOU'LL DOContent & Social MediaPlan, create (or manage creation of) weekly content across platformsManage social media engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)Work with various formats - stills, videos, and carouselsDigital PresenceManage Google My Business profileUpdate and maintain the company website (WordPress + Elementor)Create and send bi-weekly email newslettersMaintain and segment mailing listsDesign & ProductionCreate flyers, print materials, and ad artworkLiaise with print suppliers (street poles, signage, promo gear)Campaigns & StrategyWrite ad copy for Meta/Google AdsSupport leadership with marketing strategy and executionUpdate pricing/packages across all channels and collateralEvent CoordinationPlan and manage 1-2 events monthly (trade shows, activations, internal events)BONUS POINTS FORVlogging or content production skills (filming, editing, lighting, audio)Experience in renewable energy or a fast-growing environmentYOU AREOrganised and execution-drivenSkilled at multitasking and project managementA creative thinker with strong visual and written communicationProficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and WordPressREQUIREMENTS3-5 years of digital marketing experienceDiploma or degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field
