Financial and Admin Manager position available at a NPO based in East London, Eastern Cape 

Requirements :

  • Processing online on SAGE
  • Cashbook of various bank account
  • Bank reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Petty cash. Allocate to correct expense accounts as well capturing receipts to correct debtors accounts
  • Capturing of all the invoices monthly and sending out of the invoices and statements
  • Rental invoices
  • Allocate all sales receipts to make sure all invoices are paid.
  • Allocate YOCO payments via journals to the debtor’s accounts
  • Capturing of invoices and making sure that it is allocated to correct supplier and correct costing accounts
  • Allocate payments to correct suppliers accounts.
  • Reconciliation of suppliers and make sure ageing agree with the supplier statements
  • Making sure contracts with suppliers are in place for audit purposes
  • The financial reports to be completed by the 20th of each month
  • Payroll and overtime. Work on SAGE online to do salaries monthly
  • VAT reconciliation
  • Prepare costing reports for different sales departments
