Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter & Admin Assistant at Prudent HR Solutions in East London. As a Junior Recruiter & Admin Assistant , your day-to-day tasks will involve providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, Assisting the recruitment officer, Scheduling Meetings and maintaining phone etiquette. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong office administration skills
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance in an office setting
  • Familiarity with office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
  • Excellent receptionist skills, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries
  • Professional phone etiquette with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain composure under pressure, and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Relevant certification or diploma in HR or related field is advantageous
  • Recruitment knowledge and experience will be advantageous
