  • Reporting and Visualization : Create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics related to pension funds and retirement annuities. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Risk Managemen t: Assess risks associated with pension fund and retirement annuity management, including investment risks, regulatory compliance risks, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor risk factors to ensure effective risk management,

Qualifications and Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on pension funds and retirement annuities.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, including experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modelling techniques and tools, such as ER modelling, dimensional modelling, and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of pension fund regulations, retirement annuity products, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements-gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or Trello, is a plus.
