  • Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to hit sales targets
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Looking for and acquiring bookings and sales for the Hotel
  • Handle reservation inquiries and bookings efficiently and professionally.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations to meet sales targets.
  • Provide detailed information about room rates, special packages, and hotel facilities.
  • Manage and update reservation systems accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Upsell additional services and room upgrades to maximize revenue.
  • Meeting and surpassing sales targets.
