This role requires a confident leader who can manage staff performance, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain store standards at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and inspire store staff to achieve sales and service excellenceOversee daily store operations with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracyCreate and manage staff schedules and rotation plans for flexi and permanent employeesMonitor KPIs, sales performance, and implement strategies to meet targetsConduct coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary discussions when requiredMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentationEnsure exceptional customer service and handle escalations effectivelyMotivate the team and resolve conflicts with professionalism and maturityAbout YouMinimum 3 years of experience in retail store managementMatric certificate (essential); additional retail or management qualifications an advantageStrong leadership and team management skillsConfident in handling staff performance management, discipline, and conflict resolutionStrong ability to monitor and drive KPIs and sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressureProactive problem-solver with a mature, reliable, and responsible approachFlexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
