The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on stock level monitoring, supplier liaison, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Level Monitoring & Forecasting: Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels to ensure optimal inventory is maintained, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
  • Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies, ensuring all procurement activities are documented and tracked.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  • Education: Post-matric qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is recommended.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the healthcare retail industry.
