They supply best of ICT products, providing strong after-sales service, technical support, internationally certified trainings, as well as finance solutions to their customers.Job Description:Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and provide tailored quotations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company product offerings and industry trends to offer informed solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all necessary sales activities are completed efficiently.Process customer orders and ensure they are followed through to successful completion.Be goal-oriented and able to perform well under pressure. Candidate Requirements:Experience12 years of experience in a similar sales role.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP).Experience in the IT/ICT industry is advantageous.Background in Wired/Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or Call Centre environments is beneficial. QualificationsMatric / Grade 12 (Compulsory).CompTIA Network+ or a similar networking-related qualification is required.A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) is an added advantage. Soft SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluency in Afrikaans is essential.Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Collaborative team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
