Ideal for experienced candidates who can lead the departments, as well as provide training and mentorship to local individuals, helping build strong and sustainable teams.Field Guide Requirements:Must be qualified and registered to work in the Kruger Park and surrounding areasMust have valid PDP and First Aid certificationMust have previous experience as a Field GuideExcellent bush knowledgeGreat communication skills, with a customer-service mindset Outgoing personalitySpa Therapist Requirements:Must qualified as a Spa TherapistMust have previous experience working in spa managementGreat communication skills, with a customer-service mindsetStrong administrative skillsA positive, can-do attitudeOn Offer:R16k combined salary (R8k each)Tips for guide with 5% commission on activitiesTips for spa therapist with 5% commission on treatments (excluding vat) until reaching target, then 10% commission on treatments after reaching targetsLeave cycle: 6 days on, 2 days off, plus 21 days annual leaveMeal allowance of R1,800 per person, per month (covering one basic meal per day at cost price from the restaurant)En-suite accommodation (with fridge & microwave)Initial interviews can be online, however, candidates who make it to the final stage of interviewing will be required to do practical interviews at the property. Guide candidates will need to conduct a game drive, and spa candidates will need to perform a spa treatment in the final interview.
