You’ll also drive employer branding initiatives that resonate in the market, building strong pipelines and elevating the company’s employer-of-choice position.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for leadership and critical rolesLead external talent mapping and create targeted talent poolsCollaborate with HRBPs and P&OE Managers on workforce planning and pipeliningBuild and own employer brand strategy and external brand presenceManage strategic partnerships with sourcing platforms and agenciesDeliver hiring campaigns focused on key talent segmentsOversee digital talent platforms and applicant tracking systemsTrack and report on key recruitment metrics (vacancy fill rate, time to hire, candidate experience)Ensure alignment with Employment Equity and BBBEE goalsChampion candidate and hiring manager experience at every touchpointWhat You BringBachelor’s degree (HR, Business or related field)Proven experience managing executive and critical recruitment cyclesStrong background in employer branding, talent analytics, and workforce planningSkilled in strategic sourcing and building external partnershipsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence capabilitiesFMCG or fast-paced corporate experience preferredWhat Success Looks LikeExecutive and critical roles filled with high-quality talentA visible and compelling employer brand in key marketsData-driven talent strategies that reduce time-to-hirePositive hiring manager and candidate experience feedback
