Finance Analyst Principal/ Senior

Requirements

  • 10 years experience within the finance controlling environment
  • Chartered Accountant or Masters in Finance with strong accounting and finance knowledge
  • CIMA or MBA would be an added advantage
  • Experience in FP&A, Consolidation, Budgets and forecast analysis
  • Experience with ERP, automation and visualization tools involving SAP, Power BI, Tableau, RPA etc.

KPA

  • Analyse financial data, overseeing budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring the financial health of the operational area, and contributing to the overall profitability of the plant
  • Work closely with operational managers to understand the intricacies of the manufacturing process
  • Provide financial analysis that is both accurate and actionable
  • Participate in strategic planning and investment analysis
  • The role requires business acumen to go beyond the analysis of data to understand key business drivers and provide analytical insights on performance
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel is essential
  • Familiarity with data cubes and other reporting tools / software is desirable
  • High level of numeracy, an eye for detail and the ability to manage large sets of data is essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Segment correspondents and colleagues from other Corporate departments
