Finance Controlling Expert Needed at Leading Company

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Finance Controller. Check out the requirements and key responsibilities below:

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in finance controlling
  • Chartered Accountant or Masters in Finance with a solid background in accounting and finance
  • Additional qualification such as CIMA or MBA would be beneficial
  • Experience in FP&A, Consolidation, Budgets, and Forecast Analysis
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and automation tools like SAP, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, etc.
Key Performance Areas (KPA):
  • Analyze financial data, oversee budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making processes
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and ensure financial health and profitability
  • Collaborate with operational managers to understand manufacturing processes
  • Deliver accurate and actionable financial analysis
  • Participate in strategic planning and investment activities
  • Utilize business acumen to provide analytical insights on performance drivers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
  • Familiarity with data cubes and reporting tools
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
