SA’s leading tech company is looking for a seasoned IT Service Desk Manager to take total responsibility for the performance and constant development of the Service Desk, while ensuring delivery of contractual duties.
**The role will consist of**:
- Managing Service Desk Analyst and Desktop support Team
- Communicate effectively, build, and maintain relationships
- Manage all IT related issues, internal, vendors and day to day management of the team’s performance
- Onboard and off-boarding team
- Manage and report on business functions assigned to the Service Desk
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field
- 8 years’ experience in a technical support role
- 5 years’ experience as an IT Service Desk Manager
**Job Type**: Temporary
**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R62,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
