  • Monitoring and reporting on corporate actions impacting the business.
  • Providing guidance on tax planning strategies and corporate actions initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operational tax and corporate actions within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and corporate actions processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational tax and corporate actions roles.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in tax laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CTA, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with tax software systems.
Working Conditions:
