Youll collaborate with technical and business teams to translate data into actionable strategies, contributing directly to high-impact initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional whos ready to take the next step working on cutting-edge projects, in an environment that fosters innovation, growth, and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities:Perform data exploration, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis and modelling.Develop, train, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models to solve key business challenges.Visualise and present analytical insights, using Power BI or similar tools, to support decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business, and analytics teams to define data requirements and deliver impactful insights.Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:Minimum: Diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldPreferred: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similarExperience:3+ years experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modellingHands-on experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model developmentProficiency with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch)Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric advantageousStrong ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiencesSkills:PythonSQLPower BIMachine LearningStatistical analysisData wranglingFeature engineeringModel optimisationExcellent stakeholder communication and presentation skillsCloud data experience (Azure) beneficialNon-negotiables:Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data science solutionsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
