You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and marketers to craft campaigns that are creative, effective, and culturally relevant across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy or a related roleDevelop and implement platform-specific strategies aligned to campaign goalsConduct in-depth audience, industry, and competitor research to inform decisionsUse social media management tools to schedule, monitor, and optimise contentTrack key performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and translate data into insightsCollaborate with content and design teams to create on-brand, visually compelling contentMaintain active community engagement through timely, authentic interactionStay updated with evolving platform algorithms, tools, and trendsAbout You2-3 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or agency environmentStrong understanding of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their audiencesConfident using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)Skilled at turning data into actionable strategyCreative thinker with a keen eye for trends and visual storytellingHighly organised, proactive, and collaborativeExperience in agency or fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
