You’ll play a key role in due diligence, post-merger integration, and strategic decision-making.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement robust financial models for analysis, valuations, and risk managementAdvise on M&A, divestiture initiatives, and financial due diligencePartner with leadership to optimise capital structure and working capitalPrepare business valuations and coordinate due diligence with internal and external stakeholdersLead post-merger integration to ensure smooth transitions and strategic alignmentInfluence hedging strategy, review treasury policies, and draft corporate finance policiesAnalyse competitors and produce strategic reports for leadership and investorsWhat You BringCA(SA) or CFA qualification (essential)5–7 years’ experience in corporate finance, with strong M&A expertiseIn-depth knowledge of financial analysis metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR, DCF)Proven experience in the insurance sector (advantageous)Strong stakeholder management and presentation skillsAbility to work with complexity, deliver under pressure, and influence decision-makingWhat Success Looks LikeA competitive, agile financial structure that drives shareholder value, supports strategic growth, and strengthens organisational resilience.
