We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our harvest team for the upcoming season. As a Harvest Hand, you will play a vital role in the grape harvesting process, ensuring the quality of our produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand-picking grapes with care to maintain quality.
  • Sorting and selecting grapes to meet vineyard standards.
  • Assisting in transporting grapes to the winery.
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Working collaboratively with the harvest team to meet daily targets.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in agricultural or vineyard work is a plus but not required.
  • Physical fitness and stamina for long hours of outdoor work.
  • Ability to work under varying weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable transport to and from the vineyard.
  • Available for the entire harvest season (typically January to March).
