Our client, a leading South African family-owned business with an international footprint in the agriculture and logistics value chain, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team. With innovation and progress at the core of their philosophy, they remain committed to setting new standards and driving growth.Key Responsibilities• Preparation of annual budgets for selected entities.• Coordination and management of the annual audit process.• Monthly reporting for designated entities.• Implementation of cost controls and monitoring of expenses.• Preparation of monthly variance reports.• Supervision and management of administrative staff.• Oversight of expense allocation per entity and departmental divisions.• Ensuring compliance with all tax and statutory requirements.• Consultation and collaboration with the Group Financial Manager.Requirements• Accounting qualification with completed SAICA/CIMA articles preferred.• Honours degree will be advantageous.• Completed articles essential.• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience advantageous.Key Skills• Strong attention to detail.• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.• Ability to work effectively within a team.• Strong prioritisation skills to manage competing tasks.• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
