Your Role as a Store Manager:

  • Set and assign ambitious sales targets
  • Conduct inspiring staff meetings
  • Recognize and celebrate top-performing salespeople
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of our inventory
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting store environment
  • Keep the team informed about promotions and incentives
  • Evaluate and support staff development
  • Oversee cashier functions and manage inventory efficiently
