Applicants will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores.
  • Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required.
  • Control and monitoring of Fixtures.
  • Monitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.
  • Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager.
  • Ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores.
  • Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all Seasonal and Everyday stock.
  • Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth
  • Implement store disciplines
  • Adhere to and implement procedures as stipulated
  • Liaising with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager.
  • Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.
  • Advise line manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence.
  • Managing of Merchandisers
  • Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems all in conjunction with the Line manager.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • At least 5 years Solid Sales Experience
  • FMCG
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Sales experience with a proven sales track record is an advantage
  • Computer Skills in word and Excel
