Junior Account Manager Remote (Based in Pretoria, South Africa) R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month (£500 - £700) + Commission Full-Time | UK-Based Company  We're a UK-based company helping businesses reduce risk and improve safety across their sites and were looking for a smart, personable Junior Account Manager to join our team remotely from Pretoria, South Africa. In this role, you'll work alongside our Strategic Business Development Manager, supporting client relationships, handling follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience for our existing clients. This isn't a cold-calling sales role its about building trust, being responsive, and helping accounts run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting ongoing relationships with existing clients Making phone calls to check in, follow up, and maintain service quality Assisting with admin: reports, proposals, scheduling, and CRM updates Keeping communication professional, clear, and proactive Helping the team ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded What Were Looking For:1 to 2 years experience in a client-facing role: sales support, account coordination, or adminConfident on the phone and great with peopleExceptionally organised and comfortable working independentlyStrong written and verbal communication in EnglishMust be based in or near Pretoria (occasional in-person catch-ups with the team) What You'll Get:A fully remote role with a respected international businessMentorship and development opportunitiesA stable, supportive work cultureCommission on top of your base salarySalary range: R12,000 - R16,000/month (£500 - £700/month), depending on experience Ready to grow with us?
