The President Hotel is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation, and we are creating a new opportunity for a Hotel Marketing Coordinator to join our team.We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the hotels marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience & RequirementsMinimum 23 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality industryDiploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field advantageousStrong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) preferredSouth African citizen with a valid IDDuties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and bookingsManage the hotels social media channels, website content, and digital communicationsCreate engaging marketing materials, newsletters, and promotional content in line with brand standardsSupport PR activities, media relations, and influencer collaborationsMonitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvementCoordinate events, activations, and promotional activities in line with hotel objectivesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing consistency across all guest touchpointsMaintain an up-to-date media and contact databaseUphold the hotels brand values and visual identity in all communicationsImportant Application NotesMust hold a valid South African IDOnly candidates with relevant experience will be shortlistedEnsure your CV is 100% updatedAll applicants will attend a virtual introduction interviewRecruitment aligns with the companys Employment Equity PlanAbout the Hotel The President Hotel is on a journey to be recognised as a true luxury destination.
