Duties will include
- Preparing sale agreements, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork.
- Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, and banks to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Coordinating and submitting documents to the deeds office to register the transfer of property.
- Calculating transfer duties, conveyancing fees, and ensuring payment of municipal rates, taxes, or levies.
- Following up with various authorities (such as the deeds registry, municipal offices, or SARS) to monitor and expedite the transfer process.
