The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales function driving revenue growth and . This position requires a strong blend of leadership client relationship building administrative expertise and a deep understanding of the aluminum extrusion industry.

Responsibilities:

Client Development and Sales Growth:

  • Develop and build a well articulated value proposition of our clients market position and services
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Regular meetings and interactions with existing and potential customers to build credibility develop relationships and identity changing market trends and needs.
  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including networking industry events and cold calling.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring profitable customer acquisition and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Manage existing client relationships

Sales Management:

  • Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews and implement strategies for lead conversion.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to final invoicing.
  • Manage and monitor key sales metrics preparing accurate reports for analysis.
  • Accurately forecast sales for production and planning purposes
  • Build catalogues and other marketing material

Administrative and Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer relationship management
  • (CRM) system.
  • Manage and prioritize sales inquiries and quotations effectively.
  • Streamline sales processes and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments like production engineering and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing delivery and invoicing.
  • Contribute to the strategic and commercial planning of the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management preferably in the aluminum extrusion industry.
  • Ambitious builder and doer that works independently and can handle complexity Systematic thinker
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
