  3. Technology Concepts:

    • Possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages, including C#, Delphi, and NodeJs.
    • Proficient in working with MS SQL for data analysis and database management.

  4. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather and understand requirements.
    • Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

  5. Documentation:

    • Create detailed documentation for business processes, user stories, and use cases.
    • Ensure clear and concise communication of requirements to development teams.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of call center workflows, collection workflows, process engineering, workflow design, user stories, and use case design.

Technical Skills:
