Learning and Development Manager

What Youll Do:Design, implement, and evaluate learning & development initiatives aligned to strategic business goals.Oversee skills planning, training budgets, and statutory reporting to ensure compliance and business impact.Partner with stakeholders to deliver best practice L&D solutions that strengthen leadership and talent pipelines.Drive continuous improvement and support BBBEE and HR legislative compliance.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing quality, safety, and environmental aspects of the L&D function.Apply structured problem-solving and decision-making models (situation analysis, deviation analysis, etc.) to tackle challenges in a complex environment.Anticipate and respond to future forces such as evolving technologies, socio-economic shifts, environmental influences, and the external war for talent. What Were Looking For:Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Training Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.58 years experience in Learning & Development at a specialist, supervisor, or senior level.Knowledge of HR legislation, BBBEE processes, and preferably previous registration as a Skills Development Facilitator.Proven ability to influence, engage, and deliver impact through leadership and talent development initiatives.Complex business environment experience would be advantageous.
