  • Problems solving – identified during practical applications and training.
  • Use feedback to implement improvements and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractor's activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and implement plans as needed.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with contractors, promoting collaboration and mutual success.

Is this job for you ?

  • The best suited candidate for this role must have matric and any construction related qualification would be beneficial. They should have at least 3-5 years site and construction experience, 1-3 years' experience in training on sites and 3-5 years' experience with gypsum plasters, with key focus on various substrates including drywall and ceiling systems.
  • The ideal candidate must have good presentation skills with good written and verbal skills.

  • As a Junior Plasters Finishes Technician, you will focus primarily on product development and support (internally and externally) – testing new products, understanding customer needs, problem solving, helping to understand complaints and support in resolving challenges face by customers on site and off site. A valid drivers license is also required.
