Job Summary:
- We are seeking a law graduate (LLB) with a strong interest in compliance, legal administration, business registration, and tender management. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the company adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, support global business setup and corporate registrations, and provide legal administrative support to the compliance team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal administration, corporate governance, or regulatory affairs, looking to develop their career in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance & Legal Support:
- Assist in ensuring the company complies with local and international regulations.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research, compliance checks, and basic risk assessments.
- Assist in preparing regulatory reports and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and track regulatory updates and changes that may impact the business.
- Support internal compliance audits and documentation reviews.
Business Setup & Corporate Registrations:
- Support the incorporation, registration, and licensing of companies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Handle documentation related to business licenses, trade permits, and corporate governance filings.
- Liaise with government authorities, corporate service providers, and legal consultants to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate corporate records, legal documentation, and compliance filings.
Legal Administration:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Organize and manage legal files, compliance records, and corporate governance documentation.
- Support the legal and compliance team in managing contract execution and renewals.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper document control and filing systems.
Tender & Procurement Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and procurement proposals.
- Ensure all tender documents comply with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct basic due diligence on vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
- Support internal teams in gathering necessary tender documents and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in Compliance, AML, Corporate Governance, or Legal Administration are a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal administration, business registration, or corporate law.
- Understanding of corporate governance, business setup processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to tendering, procurement compliance, or contract management is beneficial.
Key Skills:
- Strong legal research and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements, corporate registrations, and legal compliance.
- Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts under supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
