Regional Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead month-end reporting, consolidations, variance analysis, and management packs.Own the regions P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Partner with operations to monitor cost efficiency (labour productivity, machine uptime, cost/kg).Enforce procurement, payroll, and inventory controls, ensuring compliance with policies.Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and oversee acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.Drive ESG compliance, SHEQ adherence, and risk mitigation initiatives.Track and review sales performance, customer profitability, and commercial approvals.Manage working capital and cash flow in line with group policies.Lead, coach, and train the regional finance team on governance and accountability.Champion a culture of audit readiness, control discipline, and compliance across all functions.What Youll Need:Grade 12 with a Finance/Accounting Degree or Diploma (Honours advantageous).Minimum 23 years management experience in a similar finance leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company-related finance systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-focused, and confident working under pressure.This role offers the chance to combine financial leadership with operational impact, driving sustainable growth and ensuring governance excellence within a leading distribution business.Apply today and take the next step in building your future.#FinanceJobs #RegionalFinanceManager #LeadershipOpportunity #EmpireRecruitmentSA #BuildingYourFuture
