Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end finance and operations system projects, from planning and scoping to post-implementation review.Lead system implementation and integration across finance, production, and operations departments.Work closely with plant and finance leadership to ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring system performance and user adoption.Identify process inefficiencies and propose technology-driven solutions to optimize performance.Qualification and Skills Required:Minimum of a BCom or related tertiary qualifications58 years experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment, managing finance and operational system projects.Experience in SAP or Syspro (exposure to both systems are acceptable) is essential.Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking.Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (applicants must pass an Excel assessment).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to lead and collaborate across technical and operational teams.Whats In It for Me (WIIFM)?This is an opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing organization that values innovation, technology, and process excellence.
