Minimum Requirements;
Grade 12 or equivalent - (to be submitted with application)
MUST HAVE Medical Report identifying physical impairment (to be submitted with application)
General computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook e-mails
Must have strong Customer relation skills, be friendly, and enthusiastic
Office Administration experience is advantageous
Extremely organized with strong communication skills
Detail orientated, with an aptitude for problem solving
Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Key Performance Areas:
Assist with answering of calls to the office
Proactively review all files to match quality standard
BCMM – to check BCMM statements in order to pick up any irregularities water & electricity charges Assist with all Tenant enquiries, and queries
Data capturing on spreadsheets
Overseeing the Complaint Register
Assisting the Tenant Liaison Officers with enquiries, and queries on Social Media platforms, like Facebook, and other channels.

Salary: R5,500 – R7,000 (depending on experience), includes medical aid & provident fund
