Customer Service Coordinator Intern (1 Year Contract)Our client in the packaging industry is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator Intern for their team.Job Location: Port Elizabeth/GqeberhaJob Type: 1 Year ContractDuties and Responsibilities:Timeous processing of orders receivedRe-instatements through the re-make processEnsuring Trials and First Off procedures are followedPurchase Order ManagementEnsuring continuous Stock ManagementTimeous response to customer queriesDelivery schedule corelation and distribution to customers twice a dayEscalations of any Red Tickets to CSC LeadEmailing customer weekly stock balance reportsMonitoring Production and Dispatch and reacting appropriately to changes from planRaising of CRM’s and investigating/gathering information where appropriateEnsure business goals are reached with regard to delivery, quality and costManagement of redundant and future redundant stockEnsuring maintenance of mailboxes in line with requirementsEnsuring maintenance of supporting documents foldersMinimum Requirements:Qualifications – Matric with Maths, a diploma in Supply Chain/Sales & Marketing/Finance willbe advantageousNo experience requiredModerate Excel SkillsAbility to communicate in English (read, write and speak) Should you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly to the advertisement.
