We are searching for a Call Co-ordinator to assist with call Management, SLA Reporting, productive time, Call Escalations, Call Updating and Quality Assurance. 

Qualifications preferred

  • Grade 12
  • ITIL Foundation V3
  • Soft skills certificates
  • Administrative certification

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years Call Co-Ordinator Experience
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Basic IT knowledge

Work environment:

  • Office bound 

Physical demands:

  • The physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, and driving

Travel :

  • Traveling will be required. 
  • Own transportation required
