Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team, based in East London.Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of new systems and technologies; and will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful implementation processes.Minimum Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in systems implementationPMP certification is a plusStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsProficiency in SDLC and Agile Project Management, especially in the development and management of user stories and epics, is advantageousExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholdersProven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDuties:-Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems implementation projects for stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop project plans that meet their needsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetCommunicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that may ariseWork closely with internal teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of new systemsFacilitate training sessions with L&D for clients and end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new systemsContinuously monitor and evaluate project processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
