  • Managing and driving maximum operational efficiency of the sales and operations teams to drive performance.
  • Ensuring that optimum manufacturing processes, sales and commercial structures are in place and managed efficiently.
  • Integrating with other functional areas within the business to drive optimum performance for the engineering plastics, masterbatch and PVC and related markets.
  • Managing, driving and executing sales, manufacturing operations and business objectives and strategies of the company.
  • Managing and overseeing market share according to the companys strategy.
  • Managing and overseeing new market requirements and business opportunities.
  • Managing and overseeing all contracts and agreements with customers, distributors and suppliers in alignment with the companys strategy.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
