PMO – Intermediate Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our team If you have a strong background in project management, specifically in capacity planning and managing third-party contractors, we want to hear from you.

This role calls for top-notch organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels with industry experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in capacity planning and managing third-party contractors.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize projects

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and related communications.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimate resources required for project success.
  • Manage project expectations and dependencies effectively.
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Cultivate key business relationships crucial to project success.
