We are currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our team. If you have a solid background in project management, particularly in capacity planning and overseeing third-party contractors, we'd love to hear from you.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a dynamic setting.
  • Proven track record in capacity planning and contractor management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Experience handling multiple projects and prioritizing effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligning with business goals.
  • Create detailed project plans and relevant communications.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Estimate necessary resources for project success.
  • Effectively manage project expectations and dependencies.
  • Identify project risks and establish backup plans.
  • Cultivate essential business relationships critical for project achievements.
