Junior Data Analyst

The JUNIOR DATA ANALYST will be responsible for assisting the Scoring department by analysing video footage and typing up the findings in reports.
Responsibilities include:
- General admin duties e.g. answering telephone when required
- Communicating with clients on a professional level when required
- Analysing video footage and typing up of reports (excellent grammar and spelling)
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
- Assisting other departments as and when required
Requirements and skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent time-management skills and able to work under tight deadline
This role would suit someone who has excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills. Someone you would call the "grammar police" Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) would be an added advantage.
This role is based in Umhlanga and requires a valid drivers licence and your own transport.
