Chemical Mixers

As a Chemical Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately mixing chemicals and other substances according to specific formulas and procedures. You will ensure that all mixtures are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix chemicals according to prescribed formulas and procedures.
• Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and effectively.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of mixing processes and results.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on mixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chemical Mixer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of chemical properties and mixing techniques.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a chemical handling environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Previous experience with specific types of chemical mixing equipment.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes.

Physical Requirements:
